Help!? How to get rid of a virus?!?

I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus and I've just received a message that a trojan is loading (something like that)...when I opened kaspersky protection state it says: status -infected, Trojan program.TrojanJSagent.axt and the location is the website I visited. What to do now, how to remove infection (because the field remove is disabled for some reason). Please help?
